罗成律师,1956年1月生,重庆市人，重庆圣必德律师事务所首席合伙人，二级律师。知识结构：医学中专，文学大专，民商法研究生，熟悉英语。1987 年从事律师事业，1988 年通过律师资格统考，曾担任 60余家企事业单位和政府机构的法律顾问；罗成律师是重庆市政府授予的高级WTO专门人才。
